Soothing Bladder Pain

“I was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis about three and half years ago. Which meant I had a painful bladder, couldn’t empty my bladder properly, burning sensations and had to go to the toilet frequently. I’ve also always suffered from tremendously painful and heavy periods, and had problems with uterine polyps which caused bleeding in between periods. 

I’ve had various treatments over the years and to my disappointment and frustration, numerous doctors and specialists haven't been able to relieve me of much pain. In September 2018 I was at a low point; mentally, emotionally and physically. 

I read into acupuncture and found the Aston Clinic in New Malden and here is where I found Liz. I’ve now been seeing her for about 4/5 months and seen so many improvements. We’ve done Naet testing and acupuncture. I now know what food and supplements my body likes and doesn’t like. 

The acupuncture has helped me so much and rebalanced my body again. The supplements Liz recommended I take have also worked wonders with my overall health; better sleep, more energy, I go to the toilet less, my periods aren’t as painful or as heavy. I feel much more positive and I know that together we’ll reach my end goal. I couldn’t recommend Liz enough, I wouldn’t want anyone else treating me, as I trust her all the way”."
